in windows 7 when installing NS2 allinone 2.29 i get an error msg “make: ***[trace/trace.o] error 1″

hi, i have problem with installing NS2 and cygwin in my window vista.
when i try to download cygwin online so long... and i have choose the most near ftp/http download. download prosses just take 6% in 2 day.
what wrong and should i do?
