hi i have followed the steps u have done in installing cygwin and then ns2....i have installed cygwin and started installing ns 2 but....when i m using

$ ./install

then i m getting an error saying that..

NO SUCH TYPE OF COMMAND ....something like this......

can u pls tell me were actually the problem is and how to fix it ,,,,plz i need it asap....

I have followed ur comment on install ns-2.34, but after a while I have got:

make: *** [tclCompile.o] Error 2
tcl8.4.18 make failed! Exiting ...
